We are a top-producing real estate team looking for a high-energy Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our brand. Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Social Media Mastery

  • Content Creation: Direct, film, and edit high-quality video content (listings, BTS, and team features) using gimbals, mics, and mobile tools.
  • Platform Management: Own the strategy and posting schedule for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media shifts to keep our brand fresh, fun, and relevant.
  • Editing: Produce polished assets using CapCut, Canva, and TikTok editors.

Marketing Coordination

  • Campaign Management: Build and maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring every deadline—from weekly newspaper ads to digital campaigns—is met with precision.
  • Brand Integrity: Act as the "brand police" to ensure all print and digital assets are cohesive, high-end, and polished.

Office Operations & Agent Support

  • First Impressions: Serve as the professional face and voice of the team, managing high-level client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Mission Control: Keep the office organized, manage inventory/supplies, and anticipate team needs before they arise.
  • Agent Partnership: Act as a dedicated resource to help agents elevate their personal brands and streamline their workflow. Team Player Attitude is Required.

Qualifications

  • Tech-Savvy: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms (Reels/TikTok).
  • Production Skills: Comfortable handling basic video equipment (gimbals, lavalier mics, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you should be as comfortable writing a script as you are answering a client's call.
  • Efficiency: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to our Glastonbury office.
