Documentation is key throughout an employee's company life cycle. The 2015 HR Roundtable will focus on the various types of documentations that need to be maintained. We hope you will join us as we discuss best practices and the pitfalls associated with:
Disciplinary Action - April 29
This roundtable will focus on the need for properly documenting and presenting an employee warning using objective, not subjective, criteria and clearly identifying the reason for the discipline and the expectations going forward. We will discuss verbal warnings, written warnings, final written warnings and terminations.
Performance Reviews - July 29
This roundtable will focus on properly documenting and presenting an employee's performance using objective, not subjective, criteria. The performance review process will be discussed and we will be discussing the pros and cons of various formats roundtable members use.
Termination - October 28
This roundtable will focus on what is needed when an employee is terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily. We will discuss what documentation to consider before terminating and what is included in a termination package.
