The population of fishers (Martes pennanti) in Glastonbury and surrounding areas continues to increase. Join Connecticut DEEP Master Wildlife Conservationist Ray Hardy to learn about these fascinating creatures (often called fisher cats) from the weasel family. Ray will be speaking on the natural history of fishers, as well as their diet. He will also provide tips for avoiding conflicts.
